Bagaar is a technology driven product agency and part of the Xylos Group. In collaboration with our ambitious clients, We design and build digital products and solutions. We help our clients to gear up for the future. These are very exciting times of endless technological possibilities, groundbreaking innovations and genius answers to challenges that haven’t even been formulated yet.
At Bagaar you’ll get the freedom to manage your priorities, try out new things and join us in our mission to further improve our way of working. We aim to make sure everyone has what they need to make their best work. Things are a little different in a pandemic, but normally we work in our amazing office in the center of Antwerp. We’re surrounded by green and there is a farm on our roof. Yes a farm, with tomatoes and chickens.
Right now we are lookingfora UI Designer:
As a UI designer on our team, you’ll engage in workshops with clients to recognize and define their needs.
You will structure ideas into user flows, iterate on wireframes, and build and maintain a solid design system.
You’ll be involved in the design process from sitemap to final design, from concept to launch and beyond.
You’ll work closely together with your fellow designers and you‘ll be the developers' best friend.
You’re a design thinker. It's in your veins.
We’re looking for someone who notices design patterns and comes up with clever, simple solutions to complex problems. Creating structure where chaos rules. Understanding how other think is crucial to translate concepts into intuitive user interfaces for real-world scenarios. All designers at Bagaar also support our internal design needs. You're a minimalist with a soft spot for details, because you know the details aren't the details, they are the design.
